Analgesia: It is significantly more potent than morphine, with some studies finding it to be 30-40 times, or even up to 200-280 times more potent after intracerebroventricular injection in animal models.

Dermorphin is a potent natural heptapeptide (C₄₀H₅₀N₈O₁₀) isolated from Phyllomedusa frog skin, acting as a highly selective opioid receptor agonist with 30–40 times the analgesic potency of morphine.

It is primarily studied for severe pain management, specifically neuropathic pain, due to its ability to cross the blood-brain barrier, though it is not approved for human medical use.

Safety and Legal Status
Dermorphin has never been approved for medical use in humans or animals due to the pharmacological data revealing toxic reactions in full-scale clinical trials. It is strictly a research use only (RUO) chemical.

With this option, we will mix it for you with bacteriostatic water and put it into a disposable pen (no vial received). The pen offers easy and accurate dosing for your research purposes, adjustable from 1 to 60 iu’s.
