Do you provide tracking and how long is delivery?
Yes providing you put either your email or phone number on the payment page you with receive the tracking number from Royal Mail.
Orders placed before 2pm weekdays will be sent the same day by Royal Mail 24 Tracked service, orders placed after 2pm Friday or over the weekend will be sent on Monday.
I haven’t received my order?
Please first check your email/text for delivery notification from Royal Mail, if you need further help contact us at info@peptides-pen.co.uk with your details and we will help.
Where do you dispatch from?
We are UK based and all orders are sent from us directly.
Do you offer discounts?
We have a customer loyalty scheme so if you create an account with us you will receive points for each order with can be used for a discount.
How do I store my peptides?
If you buy a vial of the powder if should be stored in your freezer until you are ready to mix it with Bacteriostatic water, once it has been mixed then store in the fridge.
If you buy a pre-mixed pen this should be stored in the fridge.
Can I ask advice on how to use your products?
As peptides are for research purposes only we can only advice how to mix and store.
